You are receiving this e-mail because you pre-registered for the Randolph Ro-Hawk Grand Reunion 2010
When Johnny Bender, Nunzio Previtera, Chuck Spain, Mark Chauret and I started planning the 2010 Reunion we set a tentative date of July 2-4, 2010.
We have unfortunately run into a scheduling conflict. Apparently there is a huge international Alcoholics Anonymous convention scheduled for that weekend. Literally every downtown hotel capable of holding our events was completely sold out. There are 60,000 expected to attend the AA convention!!!
We have therefore set a firm date for the 2010 reunion for July 9-11. While the date is now set in stone we are still negotiating with several facilities to provide a great reunion at an acceptable price.
Please note that the pre-registration you filled out was non-binding so you have no action to take if this weekend does not fit your schedule or your plans have changed. We will be notifying you when the REAL registration begins. We hope to have the actual registration open on the website within two weeks.
You will be notified when registration starts on-line.
