Dear Fellow Ro-Hawks:
I'm sending this email to those of you who have mentioned to me that you might be going to the All Class Reunion in July but have not registered and/or cannot figure out how to Register online.
First, I want to remind you that I am not "in charge" of the preparations for this reunion - I'm just a facilitator to advise you of the reunion and the events. Most of the people involved went to RHS in the 70's.
That said, I'm forwarding you the information for your review and giving you an easier way to register. The schedule of events are below and you can pick and choose which one you want to attend and whether or not you want to stay in the hotel downtown where the reunion dinner will be held. If you can't and/or do not feel comfortable going to the website to register let me know which events you want to go to and I will register you. OK?
If you are able to get on the internet and want to register through the Reunion Website click on this link http://www.rohawk.net/registration2010.html and follow the steps. You can pay by check or credit card. Mike Berish '76 is charge of collecting the checks and you can either send him a check directly or contact him for him to send you an invoice. (At the moment, he and his wife, Sandy, are on a cross-country motorcycle trip - those crazy kids!) Mike's address is:

2010 GRAND REUNION - JULY 9 - 11 - ALL CLASSES
Hey there fellow Ro-Hawks.
You are receiving this e-mail because you pre-registered for the Randolph Ro-Hawk Grand Reunion 2010
When Johnny Bender, Nunzio Previtera, Chuck Spain, Mark Chauret and I started planning the 2010 Reunion we set a tentative date of July 2-4, 2010.
We have unfortunately run into a scheduling conflict. Apparently there is a huge international Alcoholics Anonymous convention scheduled for that weekend. Literally every downtown hotel capable of holding our events was completely sold out. There are 60,000 expected to attend the AA convention!!!
We have therefore set a firm date for the 2010 reunion for July 9-11. While the date is now set in stone we are still negotiating with several facilities to provide a great reunion at an acceptable price.
Please note that the pre-registration you filled out was non-binding so you have no action to take if this weekend does not fit your schedule or your plans have changed. We will be notifying you when the REAL registration begins. We hope to have the actual registration open on the website within two weeks.
You will be notified when registration starts on-line.

THIS PREREGISTRATION DOES NOT OBLIGATE YOU!! We know things can change, but a reasonable estimate now is critical to help us in planning the event .

We are conducting a Pre-Registration drive right now to see how many people will attend. The link for all the information and the online Pre-Registration is:

This reunion is being organized completely online. We are not sending out ANY snail mail to contact other Ro-Hawks. Please contact any Ro-Hawks you know who are not online and let them know what’s up.
